Bond The faulty accumulator cell was received from the above customer as per G {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} /R.201989 of the 17th ult. and was handed over to the Test Dept. for their report. We understand from EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} that you are in touch with the makers regarding this particular complaint, and we shall be glad to have your remarks regarding "who pays" for the replacement of this cell, as early as possible so that we can clear this matter up.
