STEERING WHEEL It has been finally decided by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} that the Steering Column Head scheme PL.687, should be detailed with provision for the hand throttle control as drawn. This cancels the instructions in previous memos Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames}5/SW.19.6.41 and Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}10/JH.25.6.41.
