With regard to the five blade Cadillac type fan instructed under By/CS.1/EH.12.5.38, of which we verbally requested you to put in hand one set at the same time as the 12 sets for service purposes being made by production, will you please build up the complete fan and despatch it, together with driving pulley to Messrs. Ferodo Ltd., Chapel-en-le-Frith, marking it "For the attention of Mr.Sutcliffe".

This fan is going to be used for fan belt tests which they have offered to carry out.
