1245 W/P. Sr. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.18.10.38. Dear Sr., I will get in touch with you at the Park Lane Hotel, as suggested, on Friday or Saturday night, and make arrangements for meeting you on Sunday. By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and I both agree that Paulin should come up when you are here, so perhaps you will arrange for him to arrive on Monday or Tuesday, whichever suits his convenience, and ask him to bring all his drawings with him. I asked Allen to send over the pieces for the 7" centres lathe so that we could try them out at Derby. I should be glad if you would let Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} have a copy of your report giving your impressions of B.III by the week-end, so that it can be discussed during your visit. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
