With reference to your note EFC1/AT30.5.19, is there any outstanding feature regarding Fuller Batteries which would give us advantages unobtainable from the other types we have in hand. If not, I do not think you should spend any more time on this matter. Regarding your last paragraph, it certainly is our policy to give everybody a chance but this must be interpreted with reason, as it is impracticable for us to undertake more than a certain limited number of tests without jeopardizing the [strikethrough]policy[/strikethrough] quality of our work in this direction.
