Dear Mr. DeLooze,

I am sorry I did not write you yesterday as promised. With regard to my son's policy in the Provident Association of London, as this is deposited with the Co. as collateral security together with the deeds I am unable to ascertain the amount due at death, which is to be applied towards the liquidation of the £500 mortgage advanced in the house purchase, the price of which was £630 Freehold with a £3 per annum Ground Rent.

If, however, you will be kind enough to write the Association, they will, of course, give you any particulars you require.

I am therefore enclosing herewith the receipt book from which you will be able to get the No. of policy and other particulars.

Please allow me to express my very best thanks to those of etc, to Mother and Vicou for your great kindness in undertaking to go to these matters for us.

Yours very sincerely,

W. HALLIDAY.
