X4238 To BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hm. {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} C. to Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} C. to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} 11/W20.8.23. Sales Dept. have sent a 20HP. car to N. which has done approximately 20,000 miles. I noticed that the swan neck of the silencer was rusted and cracked through, in very much the same way as we have experienced on the 40/50HP. It would seem advisable to endeavour to protect it from rust if possible in some way. [Signature] Hm. {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} | ||
