Rusted and cracked swan neck of a silencer on a 20HP car and a recommendation for rust protection.

Sales Dept. have sent a 20HP. car to N. which has done approximately 20,000 miles.

I noticed that the swan neck of the silencer was rusted and cracked through, in very much the same way as we have experienced on the 40/50HP.

It would seem advisable to endeavour to protect it from rust if possible in some way.
