(12) R.R. COMPONENTS FOR CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY.
PN.{Mr Northey} was asked to make a list for CJ. of parts he thought would be suitable.

(13) 20HP CHASSIS BLUE PRINTS TO ENABLE A COACHBUILDER TO MAKE A BODY. WHEN WILL PRINTS BE READY?
It was agreed that this should be settled between Sp.{Mr Spinney} and BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

(14) 20HP ACCELERATOR PEDAL STICKING DOWN.
It was agreed that as this had only occurred on one car we should wait and see if any further cases occurred.

(15) 20HP LIGHT STEERING.
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} pointed out that this was under consideration. It was agreed that this should be brought up at the next conference.

(16) METHOD OF FLOODING 20HP CARBURETTER.
This was erased, as it was considered unnecessary to flood the carburetter.

(17) ARE THREE TYPES OF BATTERY NECESSARY?
It was pointed out that this was being done so as to keep up competition outside. It was agreed that this should be brought up again in six months time, after we have had more experience.

(18) SHOULD COACHBUILDERS DESIGN AND MAKE CONTROLLING MECHANISM FOR DIPPING THE HEAD LIGHTS?
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} pointed out that we have already obtained from outside a set which is being put on R's car for his approval. This type can easily be obtained by coachbuilders.

(19) SHOULD DIMMING SWITCH BE USED UNTIL R.R. HAVE DESIGNED DIPPING HEAD LAMPS?
It was agreed that until dipping head lamps are produced we must produce a dimmer. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} suggested the dimmer should be of a type to clip on the steering column, as there is no room on the instrument board.

(20) FITTING RUBBER BETWEEN BODY AND DASHBOARD AND ATTACHING INSTRUMENT BOARD RIGIDLY TO BODY ON 20HP.
It was agreed that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Sp.{Mr Spinney} EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} and BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} discuss this after the conference was over.

(21) MAHOGANY INSTRUMENT BOARDS SUPPLIED BY W. ARE SCRAPPED BY COACHBUILDERS.
Agreed Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Sp.{Mr Spinney} EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} and BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} discuss this after the conference was over.
