Dear Sirs,

Double Purpose Bearings.

We want to try one of this type of Bearing for the layshaft in the gearbox. The inside and outside diameters are 7/8" and 2½".

Will you please let us know whether you make bearings of this size. If so, what is the overall width?

We should also like to know the capacity of the bearing at 2000 R.P.M.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
