23-XJ. MacTaggart. Bumps on rear buffers and dithers. Body weights O.K. 100 lbs. stronger rear springs and drilled H.P. valves.

X 31-WJ. Paget. Bumps on rear buffers. Body 1 cwt. overweight. 150 lbs. stronger rear springs.

X 81-WJ. W.J. Palmer. Bumps on buffers and down on offside rear. Body 2 cwts. overweight. 100 lbs. stronger offside rear spring. Bad weight distribution by Coachbuilders.

☒ 137-XJ. Hon C. Winn. Bumps on rear buffers. Body 2 cwts. overweight. 200 lbs. stronger rear springs fitted.

1-WJ. R.R. Trials. Bumps on rear buffers. Body weights O.K. 100 lbs. stronger rear springs fitted.

Other complaints.

☒ 124-XJ. Sir Pomeroy Burton. This is a complaint of "dithers" and should be overcome by drilling H.P. valves in rear dampers and increasing damping to 80/100 lbs.

121-XJ. Barclay. Dithers and "bumpy" in rear seats. Drilled H.P. valves of rear dampers and increased damping.

X 153-XJ. Grimstone. "Bouncing" at rear. Rear springs are on the weak side but we are trying the effect of increased rear damping.

83-WJ. Mrs. Manning. Dithers in rear seats. 2 passengers only. We are drilling H.P. valves of rear dampers and increasing damping.

☒ 47-WJ. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Tevis. Springs too resilient for S. African roads. 200 lbs. stronger rear springs fitted.

21-XJ. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Watkins. Down on nearside. Bad weight distribution by Coachbuilders. Stronger nearside rear and front springs.

☒ 15-GN. Trevor Williams. Dithers and excessive movement. We have drilled H.P. valves of rear dampers and increased damping to 100 lbs. up and down. We have not altered spare wheel carriers.
