This car was delivered as a new car and taken to France by H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} on the 8th February. He reports on the 17th March, namely, five weeks after, that nine out of twelve valve springs have broken. Have we had many complaints of our latest type of valve springs breaking? Are we doing anything to improve them? On January 3rd, H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} was given to understand at a conference at Derby that W. were satisfied with the position of valve springs, and that ours were now quite satisfactory. B.J.
