BENTLEY 60 and BENTLEY 80. We send you herewith the tracing of E.CD.1321 Modification to crankshaft to enable B.5 gearbox to be fitted to the B.60 and B.80 engines. This modification consists of increasing the depth of the counterbore for the Welsh washer by 1.25. This enables standard Bentley gearboxes to be fitted to B.60 or B.80 engines without changing the first Motion shaft. Will Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} kindly arrange to have existing crankshafts modified as they become available. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
