We have received your memo.Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 19/KW of the 14/5/35.

The front road springs you mention having an initial of 2.93 were sent back to the works along with a large oil pump, brake straps, Radiator and a plain bonnet. We do not keep these after the Car has finished as previously we had collected a stock of out of date designs.

We sent you the broken pivot which we trust you have received. The fracture did not take place at the weaker section as shown on the sketch you enclosed. You will have probably found this out.

We enclose a sketch of a fault developed in our Servo with the wear of the fabrics.

We have had the metal taken out as shown by the sketch.
