Dear Sirs,

With reference to telephone conversation this morning, we have pleasure in confirming the price of £1. 19. 4d each, nett nett, for the supply of 6.50-16 Fort E.L.P. tyres for original equipment purposes against current contract, operative for the period August 1st, 1937, to July 31st, 1938.

We would mention that in the event of this tyre being required in any large quantities we should need to review the existing plant position, and as much notice of your intentions as possible would, therefore, be appreciated.
