Nicholson M.L.G. F.H.R. 30X Sparking Plugs 6001. We are returning to you a set of M.L.G F.H.R. 30X sparking plugs which have completed 11680 miles in 25 G.E. At this mileage they were misfiring. The spark gaps of five of the plugs had increased .010" while the central electrode of the sixth had burnt away. As these plugs had not been disturbed and the car driven as a customer might drive it, we consider the mileage can be regarded as one we might expect in service. We have tried to obtain from R.M/G.W a mileage figure for the life of a plug in service, but the information received is not very helpful as so much depends on the running conditions of the car, and the type of fuel used.
