31st May, 1937.

Messrs. Lucas Ltd.,
Great King Street,
Birmingham.

For the attention of Mr. Edwards.

Dear Sirs,

We are sending our Bentley again to France in a weeks time and we want to fit a better pair of wipers.

The motor gave no trouble during the last test and we shall re-run this.

Trouble was experienced with one of the wipers constantly coming out of mesh, and the connection between the two wipers.

The motor is driven by flexible drive.

Could you please arrange to supply me with the 2 new wipers complete minus motor.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
