To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. c. CJ. X3398 EFC1/T15.9.22. X.3398 - P & R BATTERY BD.{Mr Berend}11 FOR 40/50. We recommend it would be a safe policy to adopt this battery as a simultaneous standard with the 6EXRE5 Exide battery, owing to the undoubted superiority it would have in the matter of durability. The inclusive weight of battery and box in each case is the same, because the P & R battery does not require an additional box, though the battery is 12 lbs. heavier. We are preparing up-to-date standardisation sheets in connection with this, which we will send you shortly, as most of the signatures have previously been obtained. EFC. | ||
