In answer to your memo WD{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}4/LB11116., re the above, a decision has now been arrived at. We shall be glad if you will continue to order up Lodge Sparking Plugs from hand to mouth, i.e. we do not want to have a large stock of these on hand, because we are not yet absolutely satisfied with their performance, and hope in the course of our experimental working, to evolve something better, and then to make our own plugs provided we can get the necessary insulators from outside. In any case, please will you specify that the plugs you order up are fitted with 15/100 ths. shank gap in place of 20/100ths. EFC. 109 | ||
