It was explained that 40/50 chassis for the two Hooper Pullmans intended for our own use have recently been despatched to the Coachbuilders' Factory. It was suggested that the car intended for use in London should be finished in Dark-green with Black wings, etc. and the other, intended for use in the Provinces, all Black. Patterns of the Dark-green are to be obtained, and in the mean time the Coachbuilders are to be authorised to go ahead with the finish of the Provincial car in Black.
