We have now experimentally tested the higher output armature for the Phantom and you will be receiving a general report in due course.

We were, however, only provided with an armature and we have used this in our experimental N.B. carcase. This carcase has been cut about for experimental purposes and it is now neither suitable nor convenient to put this particular carcase on one of the experimental cars. We therefore suggest that we hand over this higher output armature and that you give an instruction for this to be placed in an otherwise standard carcase but with the control brush angle which we specify as suitable, viz. 127° in place of the standard 121°.

We will then check over the complete machine and afterwards have it put on expl. chassis [REDACTED] for a period. You may remember that we have already got a 20 H.P. machine (M) arranged in a similar manner for higher output running on the latest 20 H.P. chassis 12-G4.
