THURSDAY BEFORE DECIDING TREATMENT STILL BELIEVE TORSIONAL PERIODS NOT SIMPLE INERTIA TORQUE REDUCABLE BY BETTER DAMPER. WIRE SPEED OF MASTER PERIOD OF CRANKSHAFT." We may want to borrow either Sg{Arthur F.
