P.II. CLUTCH SPRINGS. We think it advisable that the stronger clutch springs Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}652 should be fitted to as many synchromesh cars as possible. On R.H. cars this can be done without making the pedal effort impossibly heavy (see 19-EX). The altered leverages should be brought in as you have at present arranged.
