To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X1166 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}16/KW.28.4.36. Phantom III Jacking Systems. We anticipate we are going to have a lot of trouble with the Hydraulic Jacking System for Ph.III production. We want, therefore, to try a mechanical system like the one Campbell used on the Bluebird. We send you herewith a very diagrammatic sketch, Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}119, showing how this could be tried out on the front of the Ph.III. We should like to get this fitted to 33-EX for various people to say whether they like it or not. Will you therefore please make up for us one set sufficiently well finished to "sell" if necessary to Sales. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
