To R.{Sir Henry Royce} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} ORIGINAL Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/MJ.17.6.30. Y4461 Herewith the Powerplus pump which you mentioned you might like to try on our last visit to W.W. The size we have sent you deliveres about 400 galls/ hour at a speed of 1500 R.P.M., and should have a sution water lift of considerably over 20 ft. We are sending you a report on pumps of this type that we have previously tested, shewing the construction and characteristics. One point is that when the pump is dismantled a considerable amount of care is necessary when re-erecting to avoid spoiling the suction lift.
