Dear Sir,
Confirming the writer's conversation with you yesterday and again this morning enclosed herewith you will find an order form setting out the various details in regard to the Vauxhall '10', and I trust that when you inspect the car you will find that it metes up to our description in every way.
Should you decide to keep the car perhaps you would be kind enough to have Mr. Robotham sign our Order form and hand his cheque together with the form to our representative.
As arranged in the event of Mr.Robotham deciding not to purchase the car you will be prepared to contribute the sum of £3.3.0. towards our expenses.
Assuring you always of the writers very best and personal attention.
Yours very truly,
J.B.DONALDSON,
Sales Department.
