It has been suggested by Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that it would be helpful for him to know which items were considered by Sales officials to be the most serious. The officials have now all voted on this point with the following results, which I think may interest you to look through, as possibly you may consider it desirable that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} should be guided in his experiments and tests to a certain extent by this information, which is of course based on the Sales officials' experience in dealing with customers: 1. Phantom Suspension. [Handwritten] Nothing 2. Explosions in the Phantom Silencer, and desirability of more positive throttle control by the governor. [Handwritten] In hand 3. Further improvements in steering, including rattle of the controls in steering column - Phantom. [Handwritten] Rattle Standardised & other improvements[...] 4. Water boiling indicator - Phantom and 20 H.P. [Handwritten] Standardised 5. Burning up of platinum points battery ignition; desirability of some form of battery charge indicator. 6.
