(17) Hancock should take a liner to reduce the compression ratio of the Bentley when he goes away with the SpectreCodename for Phantom III.

(18) Dodd should let us have the final weight of the air cooled dynamo compared with the Phantom dynamo.

(19) Ll:Smith is going to look into the possibility of throwing away one of the pinions of the Bentley timing gears and having a tandem drive for the magneto and water pump.

(20) Martindale is going to co-operate with Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} to get hold of a SpectreCodename for Phantom III car with up-to-date brake gear, and measure the brake sponge.

(21) Matthews will issue a report on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III pistons which he has been running.

(22) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} will go into the question of a new gearbox for 21-G-IV before it goes to France again.

(23) Hardy will urge the tests with 45° timing gears on production, and report on this.

(24) Steadman will complete his report on the requirements for his radiator rig.

(25) Leslie will ensure that the drive on the bumper rig is capable of transmitting the torque necessary to motor a SpectreCodename for Phantom III car at 4,500 r.p.m.

(26) Steadman will find out whether there are any of the three non-spreed centres 20/25 cylinder blocks in progress. One is required for Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car, one for B-15 unit for 10,000 miles, and one for the test bed unit which we are going to instruct with large bores. He should also ensure that gaskets and pistons are available.

(27) Steadman should find out where the pieces for holding the tappet off the cam on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III have got to, and he and Swindall should ensure that we get these on test with the minimum of delay.

(28) Dodd will get hold of the high compression head off B-56-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} and hand it to Salt to store.
