CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC DAMPERS.

We should be glad if you would arrange for us to try a Phantom trials car which has low rated springs and fitted with Telecontrol shock absorbers. We want to compare this car with Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car which has hydraulic control, and also with one of our Expl. cars with a similar arrangement.

It would suit us if it could be arranged for the trials car to meet us at Bignall's corner at 11 am. on Tuesday, and we should have finished with it by about 4 pm. in the afternoon.

We do not want this to be looked upon as an official trial of these two schemes. We wish to make some comparisons to enable us to arrive at the best compromise for our own scheme, and we will then arrange to return Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car fitted up in the way we consider to be most suitable. This car could then be tried by Sales officials for their comments.
