Whistle on B.V. and B.50.

The mysterious whistle which is apparent on all our B.V. and B.50 models has finally been traced to the air stream action round the centre lamp on to the sharp back edge of the fixed shutters.

Only two shutters blades are effected Nos. 5 either side of the centre, and for the lower 12".

We suggest that these shutter blades be totally enclosed at the rear as per sketch so cutting out the sharp edges.
