Herewith we send N. sch. 2547. shewing the 6" universal joint recently instructed by R.{Sir Henry Royce}, instead of the original 5" one.
It will be seen that we have put down several alternatives, particularly as to the method of joining the joints to the propeller shaft. We therefore think it would be wise to wait for further comments from R.{Sir Henry Royce} before getting far with the detailing.
