To enable valves to be taken out more easily. A Scrap and replace at all costs, including Chassis already delivered to customers. B Scrap and replace on Chassis in works. C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test. D Use existing stock alteration effective on future Chassis. Experimental Test Report. The present valve lifter we supply in the 40/50 HP. Tool Kit is unsatisfactory. The Crick valve lifter enables valve to be taken out without dismantling exhaust pipes etc. Road Test Report. We have supplied a large number of these to customers who have complained of the present tool. We have had no complaints of the 'Crick' Signature of Exp. Dept. that above is correct.
