Ashton Esq. Attached is copy of letter from above owner. We would say that the car was in Repair Dept. only about a month ago with the same complaint. We carefully tested the condenser which was up to full capacity. We also carefully examined all the contacts and connections, and made everything apparently a 100% job, and the present complaint has arisen since the car left. Please let us know what we should do. We have acknowledged the letter stating that we will be pleased if customer can bring the car to our Works for inside of one day next week, and we have asked him to give us a little notice as to when he can bring the car. This customer has complained of burning points rapidly ever since he had the car, which was delivered in March of this year. The total mileage to August was only 4,600 miles. We return the platinum pointed finger to BP. for him to return to customer along with the new platinum pointed screw which customer asks for. Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} /NRC. {N. R.
