MYTH.

Rear Shock Damper.

We attach to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH's copy the original of :-

PL.431 Rear Shock Damper.

The above scheme shows the Gordon Armstrong Shock Damper - type D.A.S.10. mounted in the frame, in front of the Rear Axle. The particulars of the Link Mechanism is shown on PL.370.

As it may be found necessary to fit a Rear Roll Rod to Myth, on PL.415 which will be issued shortly, we have incorporated two bosses in the shock damper lever for bolting the roll rod to. The lever should be detailed however without provision for the bosses, but we should like the dies made, so that they can be opened out to incorporate the bosses if found necessary.
