Dear Mr. Rowbotham,

You will probably remember looking at a pressed steel luggage grid fitted to the La{L. A. Archer} Salle Car at the Paris Salon.

I have been asked by a customer if such a grid can be fitted to his car and if so would I let him have a sketch.

I have to confess that I am floored completely by this request as I took no sketch or particulars of the fitting, there being so many other things I was interested in, and I wondered if you could rescue me from the difficulty, and if you happened to have any rough notes of the grid by you of which you could let me have a copy.

Hoping you will forgive my troubling you,

I am,

Yours truly,
THRUPP & MABERLY, LTD.
