SUMMERS VIBRATION DAMPER.

I understand this is the name of the torsional vibration damper fitted to the Buick cars.

I have written to America, as suggested, for the purpose of obtaining further information and explanation regarding the action of this damper, but I have also found that there is in London a Representative of Messrs. General Motors, Mr. W. O.{Mr Oldham} Kennington, who has the full particulars and specification of this device, and who is quite willing to come to Derby and explain its action in full and discuss it generally.

If you could propose two days next week as convenient for such a visit, I am pretty certain of being able to arrange one or other of them with him.
