A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq., Rolls-Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. 5th August 1938. Dear Robotham, Further to your letter of the 21st, I presume that you are now back on the job and will be anxious to get going on the Body programme. We have made some fair progress in our part of the work and I think will be in a position to discuss same with you about Friday of next week, namely August 12th. In the meantime however, I should like to have one of your Bentley all-steel jobs for a few days so that our organisation can familiarise themselves with it, which I believe would place us in a little better position to discuss this intelligently with you when we go to Derby. Could you therefore arrange to let us have one of these cars as early next week as possible. With kindest regards, I am, Yours sincerely, NH Manning | ||
