re 8-Litre Engine Power Curves.

Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}7/E12.12.33

Thanks for Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}19/KT.11.12.33. With the carburetter I assume we propose to use, i.e. the semi-expanding carburetter to LeC.3432 the maximum HP appears to be 190.

Would you please let me know what the present standard engine gives so that I may have a comparison showing the extra HP that will be given by the 8-litre engine.

The reference in your memo. to 165 BHP with 5.25/1 compression ratio is, I presume for the 8-litre.
