- 2 - As anything but the vertical valance from underneath the chassis side member to back edge of step is useless in Australia, this of course cuts out also any question of valance tool box. Another point not mentioned in the pamphlet referred to is the importance, for Australia and I should say any other sunny country, of fitting a sun visor over the front screen. Pt. P.S. Another point worth incorporating in the pamphlet is the necessity for the using of three hinges on doors of touring cars for this country and four, if possible, in the case of full doors such as are used in limousines. I have had coachwork built with these extra hinges fitted, and the good result in elimination of rattles is very marked. | ||
