New, closely coiled valve springs made from Swedish wire, requesting they be fitted to B-17 and B-9 test engines.

VALVE SPRINGS.
We now have some closely coiled valve springs produced by R.R. from Swedish wire bought direct from Sweden.
These are to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}260 which other than the close coiling and the Swedish wire are identical to our standard Bentley springs EM.175.
Will you please fit 6 on to B-17 unit and 6 on to B-9 unit both engines now being on test.
