Please receive herewith :-

F.CD.1197 shewing a rebound strap fitted to the 14-B-5. chassis frame.

It has been decided to use a Rolls-Royce type of shock damper, and therefore the existing mounting can be used.

The rebound strap is similar to that shown on F.CD.1099, but lengthened to suit the new second crossmember.

It has been found necessary to shorten the petrol tank to FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}335 on the offside, so that the rebound strap can be fitted.
