With reference to the attached correspondence in connection with GCK.54 car.

We recommend that you arrange that the xxx driver of Mrs. Gloag's car brings this car to the Works and demonstrates the actual fault, and in the meantime we loan them another car.

We have now finished with Mr. Pillings car - it may be possible therefore to arrange that the car which Mr. Pilling has, is loaned to Mrs. Gloag.

We are still not convinced that the knock as described in previous letters from Mrs. Gloag's chauffeur can in any way be effected by changing the crankshaft.
