Knocking fault on Mrs. Gloag's car (GCK.54), arranging a loan vehicle, and questioning if a crankshaft change would fix it.

We recommend that you arrange that the xxx driver of Mrs. Gloag's car brings this car to the Works and demonstrates the actual fault, and in the meantime we loan them another car. We have now finished with Mr. Pillings car - it may be possible therefore to arrange that the car which Mr. Pilling has, is loaned to Mrs. Gloag.
