Referring to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}8/MT.18.11.33 in view of what you say there appears to be no alternative other than to adopt the recommendation you make, i.e. return to the original lever.

I note that you are looking into the question of increasing the front braking without the disadvantage referred to but gather from the result of PN{Mr Northey}'s talk with you to-day that you do not anticipate that we can have this on production for some time.
