EXPERIMENTAL CARS.

This is to ensure that no Experimental car in the future is sent out for night work without a spot lamp being available.

The spot lamp should be partially masked in order that it can be used without creating an offence but not masked as much as the head lamps.

With regard to the handle of the cigarette lighter which we have previously mentioned to you.. The colour does not harmonise with anything on the instrument board. We should be glad therefore, if you would arrange to have this blackened or treated in some way to match the rest of the panel.
