We send herewith a letter from SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, and some printed information concerning the "Proteca-motor".

To filter the air prior to its induction is no new idea, and what we wonder is whether the filter is effective, and if so, whether it restricts the induction, also may not this fitting blow off if the engine mis-fires.

If you think this is worth experimenting with would you kindly communicate with SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} who can obtain for you some parts.

Unless we have any definite information against this fitting we think we might accept this opportunity of trying it.
