Dear Sirs,

We have for acknowledgment your letter dated 8th instant in connection with the Delco Hydraulic Shock Absorbers fitted to Vauxhall Models, and would advise you that these are of the Lovejoy Type being serviced by Messrs Delco-Remy & Hyatt, Ltd., of 111, Grosvenor Road, S.W.1.

Incidentally we do not encounter any trouble in respect of loss of oil from these Shock Absorbers, and it is therefore only necessary to check over and in the event of any oil being required replenish at every 2,000 miles.

In the event of your requiring any further information the matter could be taken up with the above mentioned concern direct.

Yours faithfully,
VAUXHALL MOTORS LTD.
