Phantom III Brake Operation.

It is necessary that the spring retaining rings
shewn on N.Sch.4718 for retaining the ball ended actuating
rods in the lever ends on both front and rear brake
leverages should be fitted to all cars as soon as possible.

Would you please issue the required instructions.
The rings can be fitted to existing levers.

All levers now in process of manufacture should
have the necessary groove machined in.
