You will recollect when Mr. Oliver Lucas was recently at these Works, we raised with him a complaint we had received through the Shipping Office regarding corrosion of the lamps fitted to a Bentley, the property of W.Gallagher, Woodville, Malone Park Belfast, i.e. a member of the Tobacco Combine.

Mr. Lucas promised to arrange for a visit of one of his Representatives. Attached is his report.

This is satisfactory, and it is very evident the visit has now cemented the good relations between this important client, The Rolls Company, and the Lucas Company.

I have thanked Mr. Lucas very much indeed for his action in the matter.

ROY.{Sir Henry Royce}
