Hanbury - Head Complaints} 10.9.25. ************** On the new material recently instructed to CJ. & R's requirements, with the object of improving the steering, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} found during his recent visit to R.{Sir Henry Royce} that the damped pendulum lever is about to be altered. The alteration in question will affect the length of the lever and also certain of the details as R.{Sir Henry Royce} has expressed himself at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town as not satisfied with the scheme as it stood. In view of this, therefore, it would be wise for the Works to suspend work on this particular section, whilst in the meantime we are taking the matter up with West WitteringHenry Royce's home town.
