Dear Sir,

Capt. W.O. Bentley's Claim.

We telegraphed you this morning asking you to confirm our letter of the 10th instant with regard to Capt W.O. Bentley's Claim and also asking you if you could produce the original of Capt. Bentley's Notes and Memoranda containing data and information relating to the alloy of the aluminium used and his experiences with regard to clearances, etc.

We shall hope to hear from you on Monday morning with your reply and we expect to be in a position to telegraph you by mid-day Monday whether we find it necessary to ask you to come on Tuesday.

We believe we have informed you of the place of Hearing. It is at 2, Queen Annes Gate Buildings, Dartmouth Street, Tothill Street, Westminster, S.W.
