To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re 104-MY. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}21/E25.5.34

Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/MJ.10.5.34 would you please let me know when you will be ready to fit the larger tank and gauge and the silent tappets; also for how long you anticipate requiring to keep the car.

I note you propose to fit the Halford type but previous reports indicated that the Halford were inadequate for the 40/50 and only suitable for the smaller types of engines.

Can you please, therefore, let me know why you propose to give me these instead of the type which I understand you are proposing to put on 28-EX, which I believe are the Cadillac ones.
